Booking / Payment
• The reservation is only binding with the payment of the deposit (30% of the total amount) and our reservation confirmation.

• In addition to the above prices, we are obliged to collect the municipal residence tax of € 2,10 per day per person (from 14 years).
Please settle your bill on the day of arrival. Up to €4,999 you can pay in cash. From €5,000 you can transfer the balance to the above account.
Arrival and departure
Your apartment is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 6 p.m., please inform us by telephone. We kindly ask you to vacate the flat by 9.30 a.m. at the latest on the day of your departure.
Cancellation
We would like to point out that cancellations are only accepted in written form and that the following cancellation conditions apply (see Art. 7 AGB):
• Up to 3 months: No cancellation fees
• 3 months to 1 month: 30%
• 1 month to 1 week: 70%
• In the last week: 100% less costs It.Art.7 AGB
• In case of late arrival, early departure or non-arrival we charge the total amount of the booked stay.
Travel insurance
Since unforeseen events may occur up to the time of arrival and during the holiday, we recommend that our valued guests take out travel insurance to prevent unpleasant situations.

• Please understand that no pets are allowed in our flat.
• We are a non-smoking house.
Guest-PASS - Terms & conditions
• Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.
• The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info.
• The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
